Here and Now. Osho

Dear Friends,

Here are a few beautiful words from Osho -

The Master of Masters

A child is always here now.
It never thinks of the past, nor of the future.
And whatever a child is doing, it is doing totally, intensely.
A child is so absorbed in whatever it is doing that, he forgets everything.

And that is the simple secret of happiness….

Whatever you are doing, don’t let the past move your mind; don’t let the future disturb you.

Because,  the past is no more, and the future is not yet.

To live in memories, to live in imagination, is to live in the non-existential. And when you are living in the non-existential, you are missing the existential.

Naturally you will be miserable, because this way you will miss your whole life.

Therefore, all the time you are simply missing, and you are never given two moments together by the existence. It gives you only one moment at a time.

And that one moment can either be lived, or can be missed. There are two ways to miss it ….either the past burdens you, or the future attracts you …and the present moment is gone.

You are losing the real for the unreal. This is the whole misery of humanity.

All that I am trying to help you is to understand to live in the present.

In this moment, there is no misery, no suffering, no anguish.

Just move away from the present, and you have gone into something unreal; and the unreal is bound to be miserable….!!”

Have a Nice Day Friends!
